I Am Trying to Document That I Exist 

This is a short visual novel for the Stop Killing Games Community Jam, with the theme of 'Limited Lifetime.' It is a collage of real entries from my diary, sketches from my sketchbook, and Polaroid photos all taken through this year in my personal effort to document my life as a trans person during a year of hostility and erasure of queer people. I put it together over the course of one day due to personal time constraints, though the jam was a week long. 

This visual novel contains 12 Diary entries and 13 collages. There are no puzzles or progression. You simply engage with the entries in whatever order you see fit. 
 

CONTENT WARNING:
This visual novel is a collection of my actual thoughts, fears, and feelings through out this year, and many of them are of being hopeless and afraid. But there is also curiosity and joy. Viewer Discretion is advised.
